* Names and contact information for the individuals who will be attending EPIC2025 and utilizing the all-access tickets that come with an exhibitor package must be submitted through the EPIC2025 registration portal by no later than January 15th (or within 3 business days of signing an exhibitor agreement if securing an exhibitor spot after January15th) or else those reserved tickets will be released and made available for purchase to the general public. No refunds will be granted. A limited number of additional all-access tickets for exhibitors may be available for purchase at the flat rate of $1,495/person pending EGIA approval.
