Terms & Conditions

In order to utilize a free member ticket, contractors must be a current member at the time of EPIC2025. Contractors cannot cancel their membership prior to EPIC2025 and still attend EPIC2025 for free if they previously registered prior to cancelling their membership.

In the event of a sellout prior to the conference, non-local contractors utilizing free member tickets must provide proof of a hotel reservation, otherwise their tickets will be released within 3 business days to individuals on the waiting list. Local contractors are considered contractors within a 50 mile radius of Orlando.

Cancellation Policy

The deadline to cancel your EPIC2025 registration without penalty is 30 days prior to the event start date (February 6, 2025). A 100% refund will be granted. Cancellations received after February 6th, 2025 will not be refunded.
